From the start you made everything so easy to understand and the fact that we can apply for permits on line makes it that much easier. Every step of the way you answered any questions we had promptly and completely. We were met when disembarking off the plane and were guided through each step of customs, passport control, and luggage collection and then were greeted by you in the police office. Once the rifles arrived at the office it was a matter of minutes and we were on our way out of the airport. Without your service I cannot imagine trying to complete the paperwork at the airport after 35 hours of travel/ We will be repeat customers for sure. At the end of our trip you once again met us at the airport and made sure everything was complete at the police office for our return home. Words cannot express our thanks to you and the service you provide. We would recommend your services to anyone who plans a safari.

Hunters coming to or through OR Tambo Airport can’t afford not to use the services of Safari Concierge. You make getting through the airport a breeze. Anybody who has waited in line for hours to get their firearms import permit will appreciate being able to avoid those lines completely with a pre-issued permit. The hunting with Africa Maximum Safaris was outstanding, the food was superb and the hospitality from you and your staff was first class.
